SECURITY COMMITTEE REPORT
Marshall Michener, Security Liaison
- Reports of aggravated assault and auto break-ins continue to increase, but at a rate of 3% which is lower than other neighborhoods in the CWE are currently experiencing.
- Garage break-ins have been reported.
- Distribution list for West Pine Laclede Neighborhood Association email recently hacked resulting in an email scam involving credit cards. The hack was reported to the Central West End Neighborhood Security Initiative office. The association was advised that type of hack is prevalent in our current digital environment. **
** 10/12/18 addendum: Later investigation showed that the hack was not of the entire distribution list, but was limited to several names from the list. It is unknown how the hack occurred.

Tyler Stevens, Principal with Core 10 Architecture, presented a proposal to develop six townhomes on the vacant lot at 4201 West Pine.
- Three story all brick structure
- Side entrance to units from East
- Elevators in each unit
- Two garage parking spaces allocated to each townhouse
- Underground garage access from rear ally
- No interruption of the streetscape
- No TIFF money or tax abatement will required
- Tree planning on the street side
