Our featured guest speaker this month will be Jeff Winzerling. As many of you know, Jeff has been a prominent developer in the neighborhood for decades. He plans to speak to us about his current major project, the redevelopment and repurposing of the historic Carriage Works Building at 3942-62 Laclede (between Vandeventer & Sarah).
Not only will he give us an update on the building’s status, but Jeff also will provide details of his request for a zoning variance from the City.
