The West Pine Laclede Neighborhood Association will meet on Tuesday, February 10th at 7 pm at Northwest Coffee, 4251 Laclede (at Boyle).  All are welcome!

Our special guest speaker will be Rob Heyder, a local developer who currently has the Lindell Professional Building under contract to purchase. Rob will be giving a brief presentation on his preliminary plans to redevelop the Lindell Professional Building (4144 Lindell, right across the street from Schnuck’s and east of Walgreen’s). As many members of the WPLNA already are aware, the Lindell Professional Building is a prominent property that has been the site of at least one highly controversial, ill-fated development project in the past several years.

Because of the building’s importance, we urge all members, especially those living on the north side of the 4100/4200 block of West Pine, to attend our meeting this coming Tuesday.Also on our agenda will be Tuyet & Ngoc Nguyen, who are planning to open a new business in the commercial storefront numbered 4374 Lindell. They would like the Neighborhood Association’s support for a conditional use permit for their business.
