The West Pine Laclede Neighborhood Association does not endorse candidates or causes but is open to sharing certain information as a public service. We have been asked to share this announcement:
Reform St. Louis
The Reform St. Louis coalition has launched a month-long exploratory campaign to consider changes to make the Board of Aldermen more ethical, effective, and equitable. The coalition was convened by Show Me Integrity and League of Women Voters of Metro St. Louis.
As a part of the official launch, the Coalition has released a public input survey where St. Louisans can share their opinions on reform. The survey will close on Sunday, February 14 at 11:59 p.m., and the results will be used to determine the final campaign proposal. The survey can be viewed here: https://showmeintegrity.org/reformsurvey
We need strong, broad community input in order to determine our next steps and to truly build a campaign of, by, and for the people of St. Louis
The Coalition is currently considering several proposals, including an Independent Citizens Commission to lead redistricting in St. Louis City, ethics reforms such as requiring aldermen to recuse themselves from conflicts of interest, and a variety of other reforms as determined by the residents of St. Louis.

Thank you for this information.
Thanks for the PSA! I took the survey.
