We are working with the City of St. Louis Refuse Department to increase the number of recycling drop-off locations citywide. We get more clean recycling from drop-off sites than from the alley dumpsters, which are often highly contaminated with non-recyclable items like plastic bags and other waste.

It includes requirements and preferences for new sites.
