Our next neighborhood association meeting will be next Tuesday, May 13th @ 7pm at Northwest Coffee on Laclede Ave. next-door to Scarletts Wine Bar.

This month, our special guest speaker will be Shawn Ordway, the City Assessor.

Shawn will give a brief presentation on this year’s property tax reassessment and answer any questions that we might have about our real estate values & taxes in 2025.
