“New and improved” plan for 41 Lindell Apartments

Jim Fredericks, the attorney for developer Gary H. of the proposed “41 Lindell” project, just sent us these renderings of a development that the developer claims can serve as an “architectural template” for “41 Lindell,” if we were to give our blessing to the “new and improved design.” Feel free either to e-mail Harold Karabell your comments ([email protected]) or to reserve them for our Neighborhood Association meeting this coming Tuesday at Northwest Coffee at 7 p.m.
