Neighborhood meeting reminder 5/13/25 @7pm at Northwest Coffee Co.

Our next neighborhood association meeting will be next Tuesday, May 13th @ 7pm at Northwest Coffee on Laclede Ave. next-door to Scarletts Wine Bar. This month, our special guest speaker will be Shawn Ordway, the City Assessor. Shawn will give a brief presentation on this year’s property tax reassessment and answer any questions that we might have about our real estate values & taxes in 2025. Hope to see you all there!

WPLNA General Assembly Meeting Reminder addendum

Clarification of the guest presenter agenda: Our guest speaker will be Nick Hartzler, a Sr. Project Manager at Steadfast City Economic and Community Partners who will present their plan to convert the Red Cross building into apartments and to “adaptively reuse “ the historic house to the west of Red Cross that was Civil Rights icon Margaret Bush Wilson’s former office.
