Halloween
Bicycle tour of Calvary Cemetery
5239 W Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO 63115
Sunday, October 31 at 1:00-3 p.m.
We will invoke the blessing of Archbishop Kenrick while riding our bikes through Calvary Cemetery to visit the burial sites of a founder of the City of St. Louis, the slave who helped to start the Civil War, the Union general who helped to win it, and the writer who hated our city, but is nonetheless residing
here for all eternity. Our fearless leader is local historian Harold Karabell.
$15/person
(Bring your water, costumes are optional.)
A sag wagon will provide a lift for those afoot. Park within the cemetery as available, or on West Florissant.
This is a fundraiser for the Library at Umm Al Khair Community Center, and St. Louis Friends of Bethlehem, a 501(c)3 non profit
