The project manager for Gerstner Electric estimates the start time for the 4300-4400 Laclede decorative lighting upgrades will be August 7, with completion targeted for October 16. They will be working to light one side of the street, and then work on the other side so that the street is never entirely dark. I’ll pass along any further updates as I receive them.
