Good afternoon, neighbors! This is a friendly reminder of our upcoming monthly neighborhood meeting.
Please join us this coming Tuesday evening, July 14th, at 7 p.m. for our monthly WPLNA meeting at Northwest Coffee.The agenda will feature two speakers who should be of interest to all members.
Madeline Franklin, the Executive Director of STL Village, will inform us of her organization’s good work in helping those of us ‘of a certain age’ 😂to ‘age in community’ in a safe & socially connected manner.
Cornell Boone will also be present to speak about his exciting plans to open “All R & B Restaurant & Love” at 4101 Laclede, in the storefront formerly occupied by Juniper’s Restaurant. Cornell’s new business promises to “blend soulful R&B, with crafted cocktails, curated events, Tapas style dining, and hospitality into one unforgettable experience”
We also will have an update on beautification & clean-up efforts in the neighborhood from Katie, chairwoman of the Association’s Beautification Committee.
