Thanks to Ron Coleman, our Neighborhood Stabilization Specialist, we just learned about this presentation that is being held tonight from 7 – 9 PM. Ron just found out about this too, and promptly forwarded the information on.

It’s short notice, but would be great to get some representatives from our neighborhood to attend who could report back next month on the plans.

What:  Updated design presentation for the 217 unit, 12 story apartment project planned for Euclid & Lindell

Over the past several weeks, the Opus Group has made a number of changes to their planned development project to be located on the Heart Association site at the corner of Euclid Ave. and Lindell Blvd.

In light of this, the Planning and Development Committee of the Central West End Association invites you to a second public presentation where Opus will give details on the new design as well as take questions from the audience.
