ST Louis City Cares Prevention Assistance program
STL City CARES program funds are available to assist residents who are experiencing economic hardships due to COVID-19. Park Central Development has partnered with the department of human service to assist seniors and families during this time.
Currently Park Central Development is servicing the following zip codes: 63108, 63110, 63112, 63113
Eligibility requirements for CARES funding:
- The household must have been impacted financially by COVID-19.
2. Yearly income cannot exceed 150% of the ST. Louis City Area Median income
3. 2020 City of St. Louis Income Table (Please refer to attached flyer to see the table)
4. Rental and Mortgage arrears must be in the months of March-November 2020.
A total of $3500 is the maximum amount of assistance allowed per household under the STL City Cares Program. (while funding lasts)
